The Bush Club is run entirely by volunteers and is self funding. A whole host of people give their time freely. Any senior citizens who are not able to get tot he Club are given a lift to and from the centre which is in Church View, purpose built on to the back of the old National School. A rota of people cook the hot dinner, others take turns to wash-up. There is always some form of entertainment before lunch. In 2015 the club had its 30 birthday and along with the members who go along each week all the people who have helped over the years were invited and a grand buffet was put out and a large birthday cake made.
