Scope and content

Gilly and his wife Aline retired to Bampton and lived in Field Cottage on the edge of Sandfords Field. He was such a lovely man and he, along with Michael Cooper did two really fascinating exhibitions for the Archive on the architecture of buildings in Bampton. Catalogues of both exhibitions are still on sale in the Vesey room, Church View.
