This is a conveyance of land including garden, shed, yard and pigsties at the back of the house now called Roseanne in Church Street.
Mr G. A. Graves and Mr J. H. Graves sold to Mr George James Slatter and his wife Mrs Lucy Mary Slatter, who owned Roseanne and this plot of land with buildings was at the back of their house.
The signatures were witnessed by Margaret Mary Howse who lived about 80 yards away in Cromwell House, Cheapside.
