The greenfield site where the new Bampton Surgery was to be built in Landells in 1990 and when the building work had begun. The spire of St Mary The Virgin is just visible and the building on the left is Manor Cottage, one of the oldest houses in Bampton which was the surgery before the new surgery was built in 1990 and is now a private dwelling.
The photo taken in 1989 outside the old surgery 'Manor Cottage' Landells (top end of Broad St) before the building of the new surgery began; there is a photo in 'Images of Bampton' taken on the same day on the proposed site.
