Scope and content

Two happy children with their dog playing in the Highmoor Brook off Cheyne Lane. Sadly the vegetation has encroached from both sides of the slipway making access to the water very narrow. Even more shocking is the owners of the land behind the camera have been allowed to put razor wire and plant trees across what is an ancient trackway from the Thames to the Saint Mary The Virgin. All public footpaths eventually link up to a church - needed for weddings, baptisms and funerals.
