Estimated cost for the project was £175,000 which would comprise of £75,000 grant and £100,000 from donations. General Election 12th December 2019 Jo Swinson was Liberal Democrat Candidate Joanne Kate Swinson CBE FRSA was Leader of the Liberal Democrats from 22 July to 13 December 2019. She was the first woman and the youngest person to hold the position, as well as the holder of the post for the shortest period of time.
