The Bampton WI Drama Group under Hilda Pickard put on many plays and pantomimes which were always brilliantly done and greatly enjoyed.

John Birkhead and Charles Mussett were instigators in getting the West Oxfordshire Arts Association up and running; both taught at Radley. In its early days there were four distinct areas of the arts coveredart,drama,film & photograph

David and Sarah Jane New own Glebe Farm in Black Bourton; David is organist and choirmaster at St Mary's and once a year he generously invites the choir plus relatives and any friends who may be staying with them to go to the farm

David and Sarah Jane New invite the choir of St Mary's to a BBQ at their farm each year. David is organist and choirmaster at St Mary's. We had a lovely BBQ but had to beat a hasty retreat to the barn when the heavens opened.

These picture were taken in 2007 and show the electric motor which now drives the church clock. It used to be powered by weight and pendulum which had to be wound up twice a week along with the weight that drove the carillon.

These photographs were all taken by John Grout in 1998 to record Church Street as it looked in that year.

Originally, it was the Clanfield Historical Society but their numbers were just too small to make it viable and as Bampton did not have its own historical society, we were invited to join and it's been a great success.

Coins found by the metal detectorists on November 1st 2014, in Bampton. There are 24 pages showing photographs of the finds, listing their weight, their metallic composition and shows their size.

This is the funeral program from the church service for Constance Irene de Hamel. Constance did many things but is possibly best known for being a continuity announcer during WWII
