'Jack and The Beanstalk' was a pantomime put on by the Bampton WI Drama group and produced by Hilda Pickard in January 1965.

Lloyd Hughes Owens encouraged some of his past pupils who had left school to form the 'Old Bamptonians hockey team.

This was a coach out from Bampton with many members of the Green family, all named on the photograph

Chief office The Hill, Witney Oxon. Railway depots Bampton, Chipping Norton and Lechlade. The remains of one of their ads in black lettering can be seen on the side of their house which was Castle View in Bridge Street.
